Big snowstorm in DC!

I was out and about in the Dec. 19 storm in Washington. It doesn't usually snow so much here, so DC freaks out when it snows. The Metro closed many of its stations, and people were just walking around in big boots with umbrellas and big coats. It was freezing and hard to get around, but fun to be one of the few out in the city during the heart of the storm!
